We’re very excited to be back at the Lizard Lounge!  The Lizard Lounge is located between Harvard and Porter Square in Cambridge MA.  Close to both subway stops on the Redline and several bus stops on Mass Ave. so you won’t have any problem getting there.  Good food and a great beer selection with comfortable cocktail seating wind warm lighting it’s a great atmosphere and cool place to enjoy music.  Some of the best musical talent in the country have performed at the Lizard Lounge and the reviews are 5 STAR!!  The Lizard lounge is the place to be! It’s one of the best live music venues on the east coast and we’re hyped to be there on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 doors open at 9:30pm.

Our very first gig was at the Lizard Lounge so this is a home-coming of sorts.  The band kind of got started at the Lizard.  Sax player Jeff Robinson met lead singer Curtis King at the Lizard Lounge Poetry Jam.  Jeff is the host of the weekly residency and Curtis was a regular who would sing and recite his poetry with the Jeff Robinson Trio.  Jeff also met keyboardist/back-ground singer Carol Namkoong and Joe Stewart (original trombonist for the Duppy Conquerors and sound-man at the Lizard Lounge) at the Lizard.  The Duppy Conquerors have roots at the Lizard Lounge and we will be playing the Roots Rock Reggae music of Bob Marley and the Wailers Saturday, January 9th, 2016 doors open at 9:30pm.

The Duppy Conquerors at the Lizard Lounge!  Has a nice ring to it.  The Lizard Lounge is located at 1667 Mass Ave., Cambridge, MA 02138.  BUY TICKETS NOW!

We’re planning a special set of Bob Marley and the Wailers most loved songs as well as some of the rare gems!  “One good
